He is busy promoting his new television series This Time Next Year, taking part in dozens of radio, TV and newspaper interviews.
But Karl Stefanovic wasn't expecting to be asked a very personal question about his anatomy during an appearance on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Monday.
As host Kyle Sandilands introduced a call-in segment, he invited executive producer Sonia 'Palestine' Jahshan to ask a burning question of her own.

'I feel like I'm, like, embarrassed to ask him... are you circumcised?' asked Palestine.
'You said [we could ask you] anything!' added Kyle. '[Are you] cut or not? Hoodie or helmet? Are you not sure?'
Karl, 44, was momentarily speechless, before responding: 'Wow...'
He then refused to specify if he'd ever undergone a circumcision, instead saying: 'I have a peculiarity... I'm not willing to divulge. It's like a dolphin in a net.'

While mystery surrounds exactly whether or not Karl is circumcised, he did recently confirm undergoing another delicate procedure downstairs.
Speaking on the Fifi, Fev & Byron show on Friday, the father-of-three revealed his plans to have more children with wife Jasmine Yarbrough.
When radio host Brendan Fevola said, 'You've had the snip... you've had it reversed twice, apparently,' Karl replied by confirming that he had.
'Yeah, that [the reversals] did happen. And it's not pleasant. It hurt,' Karl said.
Karl shares three children, 19-year-old Jackson, 11-year-old River and 13-year-old Ava, with his ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn, 48.
He first underwent a vasectomy after the birth of his youngest child, River.
During his Fifi, Fev & Byron interview, Karl also referenced the fact that his vasectomy reversals had become front-page news recently.
'It hurt seeing it on the front page of the paper. I can't walk down the street without someone say, "Karlos!"' he said.
Karl married Jasmine Yarbrough, a 35-year-old shoe designer, in San José del Cabo, Mexico on December 8, 2018.
It was first reported in April that the couple were trying for a baby.
Vasectomy reversals are not always successful and it can take months before fertility resumes for the patient.
