This is the image I see on the NWS website today. My guess is that it's a pretty good day to stay indoors.
To the right is the infra-red image that explains the prediction of 100%. It is mostly to the west, but creeping in an east northeast direction.
It also has a bit of an eerie appearance... almost ghostly. It must be in honor of the upcoming Halloween?
I wouldn't want to be driving home from anywhere up north today.
