Hey everyone! I love navy eyeliners for those days that my eyes look a little tired. I hear that blue can help to counteract all the red and brighten the whites of your eyes (AKA Sclera); even if it doesn't and all that is just myth, I still love it. It gives me a pop of color while being dark enough to define my eyes. I have the Covergirl Exact Eyelights Brightening Liner in Radiant Sapphire (710).
